Refund policy

All products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase.

Refunds within 14 days for defective files. Because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, refunds are offered within 14 days of purchase only if a file is defective or won't open or download.
Fix first. Email us and we will first try to fix the file or resend it. If we can't, we refund your purchase in full.
How to ask: email [email protected] with your order number, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
How it's paid: Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, refunds the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
When a refund is issued, your licence ends; please delete the files and any copies.
